What is YOUR best skill/spell?
I mean, that you currently have on one of your characters, which is your favorite skill?
Personally, I like Shield of Judgement. With my smiting prayers at 12, it makes for a killer buff to put onto any warrior. It does around 40 damage and the knocks down anyone who hits the enchanted. It lasts 18 seconds at level 12 but with some + enchant duration staff heads/staff, I beleive this spell could easily be the best in the game.
How 'bout you guys?

Um... armour piercing arrows, I guess...
Yeah, I know, it's not much. But it makes a cool noise!

My personal favorite is Well of Blood for my Ne/Mo. Regen of 5 for all in the area for 18 seconds. Works very well since I play to my secondary and am usually the party healer.
I don't have Well of Power yet (as above but adds +2 energy regen to all as well) but my guild is doing an elite signet capture event this week-end and I might just get lucky.

not great on it's own but I use a lot of enchantments so this spell just becomes uber.

I have a healing speall that can heal party members for +143. Can't use it on myself, which I often forget and wind up dead because of it, but nonetheless, it's my favorite spell.

Well there isnt what I would call a 'best' skill in Guild Wars. But I love final thrust, ALOT, evits a must for every sword warrior; second to that is Necro's spell, Barbs; last but not least, Healing Hand a warrior's best friend in a tight situation.

Well, it's not my MOST practical skill, but today I just got "Charge!" from a boss in Perdition Rock by sheer luck, and I'm quite proud of myself... mostly because it's my first Elite skill.
Anyone who doesn't know, "Charge!" gives everyone around you a speed boost of 25% for about 10 seconds, which is pretty cool if you're just trying to run to a zone, or do Infusion runs.

Mine I can't remember the exact name of it, but it adds +13 damage to any fire based weapon I'm weilding. Put this onto a max damage Fiery Dragon Sword with 12 in swordsmanship and it totally outclasses the flare spell. It does less damage then the spell per hit, but it hits a lot faster and is a lot cheaper energy wise.
Flare: -5 energy, 20-30dmg or something
This enchantment: -10 energy, lasts for 60 seconds +13 damage
The Aura of restoration is really nice for an Elemental. Considering they cant heal, all you need is a few quick casting+recharge spells that take alot of energy and you heal yourself quickly. Put that together with earth/air/fire/water attunement and each spell replenishes hp as well as energy to keep you in the fight longer.
Those two last spells are probably absolutely essential for an Ele to stay alive in PvP unless he's got a monk dedicated to him.

Diversion owns.
"For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a skill, that skill takes an additional 10-47 seconds to recharge."

Mark of Pain's the best skill I've used so far. That with flurry makes large groups drop very quickly. For PvP, sprint's the best skill I've used in the level 15 arena.

Mantra of Recall (Elite Mesmer Skill). Nothing beats a good "alpha strike" (front-loaded, fast damage/incapacitation), and having all spells re-cycle twice as fast for ~20 seconds means I can unload my full Energy bar on 2-3 mobs/players, usually killing one and taking another out of the fight with Empathy, Backfire, Chaos Storm, etc.
I do love "Signet of Midnight" for PvP, however. Nothing like a long-lasting, 90% "Blind" to make those W/M pick a different target real fast (or wonder why their sword is whiffing like mad).
- Becca Bellows, Ascended Mesmer/Monk (finished every mission/quest in the game with only henchmen)
- Bella Bellows, Necromancer
- Bria Bellows, Ranger
- Brianna Bellows, Monk (current fave)

I'm glad to have finally found Heal Other. Now with Heal Other I feel like I'm a much more useful healer. I'm sure there are better skills out there, but right now I love my Heal Other. (Healing Breeze is great to. +7 health regen is nice.)

Necrotic Transversal
Being able to teleport from corpse to corpse is not only neato in itself, it's fun as hell. Go check out "Tower Fun!" in the screenshots section for how I used it to get on top of the giant towers in the riverside province mission. Teleport has no boundaries!

I have to say mine right now is probably Signet of Devotion. Soooooooo many times have I been about to die, without any energy, just to pull this baby out and use it is always a blessing of about 75 hit points

Mine probably have to go in a tandem.
Meteor shower, rodgorts invocation, flame burst, flre storm and aura of restoration. Very powerful combo for a elem.

Energy Drain, Hex Breaker, or Healing Seed. Can't decide.
